Call for Submissions
SLIS Student Research Journal (SRJ) invites submissions from currently enrolled graduate students.
Take this opportunity to showcase your best work and to promote scholarship and intellectual inquiry in the MLIS and MARA (Master of Archive and Records Administration) disciplines. We accept original research, literature reviews, or critical review essays covering topics in all fields of information science theory, policy, application, or practice. Manuscripts from graduating students will be considered provided that the submission is made prior to the awarding of the degree.
Please review the SRJ website to submit papers for publication. Submissions are received on a rolling basis. The journal publishes one Spring and one Fall issue annually.
SRJ - pronounced “surge” - is an entirely student-governed, peer-reviewed publication of the San José State University School of Library and Information Science and is hosted at SJSU's institutional repository ScholarWorks, part of the Digital Commons initiative powered by Berkeley Electronic Press.
