Technical advisor for photo/graphics production with the curriculum development project for the United States Department of Labor for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Authored 36 of the learning modules.

Substance Abuse Grant on the Island of Palau. Helped develop training materials for use by the schools, churches, health specialists, and Police Department in combating drugs, 1992.
