2006–2013 The Climate Project

  • Trained by the Honorable Al Gore to present his slide show based on the Academy Award-winning film, “An Inconvenient Truth” to community groups. The Climate Project’s mission is to increase public awareness of the climate crisis at a grassroots level, though out the United States via 1000 authorized volunteers.

1995–Present Cody Associates

  • Created a successful small business to provide custom designed Organization Development consultant resources to public, private, and nonprofit entities in support of goals and desired outcomes towards their improved performance and success.

1992–Present Monopoly in the Park - Project Creator/Leader/Volunteer

  • A Capital Park Improvement Project, Discovery Meadow, San Jose, California. Created and constructed a larger-than-life-sized version of the world’s most popular board game. The only one of its kind and is a 2004 “Guinness Book World Records” Holder (www.monopolyinthepark.com).

1992–1995 Adopt-a-Park - Program Creator San Jose, California

  • Secured funding, designed, and created an Adopt-a-Park Program that now has 4500 volunteers citywide with all of San Jose’s 146 neighborhood parks adopted. Due to its success, it is now being expanded to the City’s regional parks and trails.
