On October 19, 2021, SAASC hosted Loni Shibuyama, ONE Archives Archivist and Librarian, for a closer look at the history, collections, and projects that are underway at ONE. Founded in 1952, ONE Archives at the USC Libraries (ONE) is the largest repository of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) materials in the world. Housing over two million archival items including photographs, artworks, films, and periodicals to name a few, the ONE Archives is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and promoting authentic queer histories.
