Abstract
In part one of two of an interview with a representative speaker from Etoy, conducted by Geri Wittig, details information about Etoy's legal battle, their outlook on the art world’s relationship with big corporations, and the values they hold as an art collective. Etoy, a European digital art collective formed in Switzerland, found themselves in a lawsuit against eToys, an American toy corporation, over the name of their website domain.
