Abstract
The Borders, Boundaries & Liminal Spaces conference, hosted by Ars Virtua in Second Life and sponsored by CADRE, brought together theorists, scholars, and artists for a three-day discussion of how borders and identities shift in digital spaces. Set within the world of Second Life, the conference explored topics like architecture and archaeology, digital embodiment, posthuman performance, and gaming systems.
