Abstract
In this feature, Manteau-Rao reflects on her personal journey from traditional object-based art to a more environmentally conscious practice, questioning the moral responsibilities of artists in a time of climate crisis. She argues that while art has long been seen as essential to society, global warming demands a shift in priorities - toward survival and sustainability.
