Personal Commentary
I am active professionally. In 1996‑1997, I shall be chairing a panel at the annual California Mathematics Council‑Northern Conference, and serving as consultant to authors for a National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Yearbook. Both of these projects focus upon an historical view of mathematics education.
My wife has been designated as "Distinguished Woman Artist of the Year, 1996," by the Fresno Art Museum, with a survey exhibition there.
