Abstract
This planning report explores the land use and planning issues surrounding stormwater runoff and the options local jurisdictions have to address these issues. The City of Half Moon Bay is used as a case study for stormwater runoff polices and regulations. When implemented these policies reduce adverse stormwater runoff impacts, developed for Half Moon Bay are based on the specific geography geology and political culture of the City.
