Abstract
This poster traces the growth of the CSEdBotswana initiative from a grassroots effort to a national, multi-stakeholder movement (2023–2025) aimed at broadening participation in computing through teacher training, student coding activities, and cross-sector collaboration. Survey data from 126 teachers show positive impact, including strong engagement and sustained student interest, despite persistent curriculum and infrastructure challenges. The findings offer insights for scalable and equitable CS education in low-resource contexts.
