Description

SAASC hosted a panel of speakers who shared advice and tips about writing and research, and discussed the many different publishing opportunities open to SJSU iSchool students. Laurie Putnam, iSchool Lecturer and Faculty Advisor, offered an in-depth look at the LIS Publications Wiki. Ann Agee, Faculty Director of Collections and Scholarly Communications for the SJSU King Library, shared tips for new researchers. Greta Snyder, Editor-in-Chief, talked about the Student Research Journal, and Kelli Roisman, Managing Editor, talked about Archeota, the SAASC publication.
