Personal Commentary

As a musician and teacher I feel fortunate to be able to work in two professions which attempt to make the world a better place. As a teacher, there is real satisfaction in helping young people experience the truth and beauty music provides. As an orchestral musician, it is rewarding to be part of the music‑making which our culture desperately needs.
