Abstract
Interview with Vincent Del Casino, Provost at San José State University, conducted as part of the Mosaic Atlas project. Topics discussed include his own work as a cultural geographer, the region’s cultural complexity, the interconnections between San José State University and surrounding organizations, and the innovative ways artists, performers, and creators have thrived at San José State during his tenure at the university. As part of the Mosaic Atlas project, SJSU students and faculty from the Anthropology and Geography departments interviewed people who support and produce art throughout the Bay Area.
